Non-woven Fabric Film film-wrapped flat Wire is extruded or drawn from an oli-free copper rod or electrical round aluminum rod with the requested specification mold. Then the copper or aluminum conductor is wrapped with one or more layers of polyester film and electrical non-woven as insulation, the the thermal class can be up to class F. The product is widely used in dry transformers、electric reactors, motors, and other similar electrical instruments.
1.Standard:Non-woven Fabric Film Wrapped Flat Wire conform to GB7673-2008(IEC60371)and Enterprise Standards
2. Production Range:

Narrow side size a:1.25mm-8mm
Wide side size b:3mm-18mm
In temperature of 20 ℃, the resistivity of copper rectangular wire is no more than 0.017241Ω m²/m, and the resistivity of aluminum rectangular wire is no more than 0.02801Ω m²/m.
4. The size of the conductor should conform to the table as follows:
Narrow nominal side size a or wide nominalside size b(mm) | Deviation(mm) |
---|---|
a(b)<3.15 | ±0.030 |
3.15<a(b)≤6.30 | ±0.050 |
6.30<a(b)≤12.50 | ±0.070 |
12.50<a(b)<16.00 | ±0.100 |
5.Insulation thickness
Nominal Insulation thickness | 0.30 | 0.40 | 0.45 | 0.60 | 0.95 | 1.05 | 1.35 | 1.60 | 1.95 | 2.45 | 2.65 | 2.95 | 3.95 |

6.Conductor fillet radius r
7.Maximum external size
A maximum external size of no more than the maximum size of the conductor adds double the maximum insulation thickness.
Note: The structure of paper-wrapped copper (aluminum) rectangular wire should conform to the supply and demand requirements. For example, the layers of insulation paper, method of wrapping, insulation thickness, and so on. The surface of the conductor should be without copper powder and other impurities, every layer of the insulation paper should be continuous, firm, and without wrinkles, without a joint point and binding material except the tail end of the insulation paper.
8.Elongation
Narrow nominal side size a(mm) | Minimum elongation(%) | |
---|---|---|
> | ≤ | |
— | 2.5 | 30 |
2.5 | 5.6 | 32 |
Note: Proof strength at non-proportional extension and elongation of semi-hard copper should conform to the following table.
Type | Proof strength at non-proportional extension (N/mm2 ) | Min Elongation (%) | the resistivity of copper in 20℃ (Ωm²/m) |
